WHAT IS DRU YOGA?
A graceful and potent form of yoga based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation, Dru Yoga has its roots in classical yoga and includes yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breath), mudras (hand gestures), positive affirmations, empowering visualisations and powerful sequences performed in a dynamic and flowing style. 

CAN ANYBODY DO DRU?
Don't worry if you have never done Dru or any other form of yoga before. Trixi's classes are aimed to suit the needs and abilities of beginners, those who have done Dru, and those who have experience of other forms of yoga.


A BIT ABOUT TRIXI

Trixi's love of practising yoga in one form or another since the late 1970s eventually led her to train to teach Dru Yoga. This she did at the International Dru Centre in Snowdonia, where she had the privilege to be taught by a team of wonderful trainers. Trixi is fully qualified and is a full member of the Dru Professional Network.

Because of the popularity of Trixi's Zoom class in the UK and overseas, these classes will continue through winter.

In the above 5 sessions we'll be exploring a different energy block release (EBR) sequence each week.

In these four sessions we'll be exploring sequences and asanas that encourage more strength, flexibility and freedom of movement in the spine.

THE BREATH IN YOGA​
In these five sessions we'll explore how the breath can not only help us in movement flow and in gently deepening postures, but also to help encourage a peaceful mind and turn our yoga session into a moving meditation.​​​​​​
